Ali katz is the author of Hot Mess to Mindful Mom and Get the Most out of Motherhood, She is a certified meditation teacher, keynote speaker, and the mom of two precious boys. She has been featured on ABC News and CBS News, and in Family Circle Magazine, MindBodyGreen, Style magazine, and many other outlets. All enjoys spending time with family and her dogs, practicing Kundalini Yoga, and sipping tea. She resides In Houston. Texas.
